Architecturally designed, the restaurant is a shiny, urban and sleek steel space. A dramatic 2,000 bottle wine wall greets diners alongside a luminous light wall.

Imposing columns punctuate the white onyx clad wrap around and outdoor terrace that acts as both a communal dining and bar space overlooking the surrounding heritage buildings, George Street and Martin Place.

Executive chef Damian Heads reigns supreme in the open plan, product driven kitchen. The open plan kitchen is central to the experience of the restaurant, not only in its food, but in the drama and theatre of its production.
